The Pouch Sling is ideal for several types of wearers: Those not planning to share their sling with someone else of a different size; those who don't want the weight of the rings; those who don't want the extra fabric of the Ring Sling tail; and those who don't need the frequent, easy-on, easy-off adjustability of a Ring Sling (e.g. if you aren't breastfeeding). Fitted to the wearer, this style of sling offers simple wearing, with a shoulder that can "flip" over to add a bit of tightening. cxd baby Pouch Slings feature a curved pouch end, and a tapered shoulder. Some of our customers, who love our fabrics and trims but also wanted a fitted sling without the fuss of a metal ring, have been requesting this for a couple of years now. Our customers were buying cxd baby ring slings, but going elsewhere to buy pouch slings, so we realised that the time had come to add this to the cxd baby brand. So now, if you prefer the fit of a pouch sling, you can have it in one of our many gorgeous cottons, silk brocades or dupionis, organic cottons or bamboos, and even mesh for water use!
