Becoming a new cxd baby retailer
Thank you for your interest in our products. Qualified re-sellers (legally-registered businesses) can purchase cxd baby products on a wholesale basis (not all products available for wholesale). Please fill out the New Account Application form below, and we will contact you shortly, to send you a Retailer Information Package.
Some basic information about our wholesale policies follows below, with full details in the Package.
Due to the confidential nature of the document, we no longer e-mail out the information; we will send information by regular post.
Samples
Unfortunately, we cannot provide free samples to curious prospective customers. We are, however, totally committed to customer satisfaction, and can send you any sample product available for wholesale, on a 100% refundable basis.
Ordering
There are a number of ways you can place your order:

> By fax: Fax number is given to retailers with current accounts, and not made public so as to avoid fax junk mail.
Minimum Orders
In order to take advantage of our wholesale prices, there are reasonable minimum order requirements, which are outlined in the Retailer Information Package. You may mix and match styles, fabrics, and colors when ordering. Retailers with current accounts, in good standing, may special-order or drop-ship certain orders.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal (ask for address), cheque and international money order.
First-time buyers must pay by credit card. Net 30 is offered only after filling out our credit application after the first few orders.
Shipping
We ship on a flat-fee basis, according to the destination country. Full details are in the Retailer Information Package.
Rush-shipping is available upon request.
Tracking notification is sent by e-mail.
Out-of stock items
Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready and back-order any items not in stock. We will automatically send your back-ordered items when available, at our expense.
Returns and exchanges
cxd baby will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) Number written on the return.
Please contact us for return or exchange information.
Returns and exchanges may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
